SealedReviews is a monthly subscription with no binding period.

1. Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account (Manage subscription). It runs until the end of the period you have already paid for and is then not renewed.

2. No refunds for started periods

Payments for a started billing period are not refunded, in full or in part. This applies to business customers; the service is only offered to businesses.

3. Billing errors

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice, contact hello@sealedreviews.com and we refund the incorrect amount.

4. Price changes

Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before they take effect.
